These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Bashfly app, website and services operated by BASHFLY LIMITED, a travel agency registered in Nigeria (CAC, SCUML). By creating an account or using any Bashfly service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your Account
Provide accurate details and keep your login, PIN and one-time codes confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account. One person may hold one account; multiple or fraudulent accounts may lead to suspension and forfeiture of funds.
2. Identity Verification (KYC)
Certain features — including travel & Umrah bookings and airtime-to-cash payouts — may require a one-time identity check (BVN or NIN). We may decline or reverse transactions where verification is incomplete or fraud is suspected.
3. Our Services
Bashfly provides data and airtime top-ups, electricity and cable-TV bill payments, travel, Umrah & Hajj booking, eSIM and virtual numbers, and airtime-to-cash (processed with our support team). Availability of each service may change. Bashfly is a travel agency and does not provide banking, deposit-taking, currency-exchange (BDC) or money-transfer services.
4. Wallet & Deposits
Funds you add to your Bashfly wallet are used to pay for the services above. Wallet balances are prepayments for services, not bank deposits, and do not earn interest. We are not liable for delays caused by telecom networks, billers or other third-party providers.
5. Airtime-to-Cash
When you sell airtime for cash, you transfer your airtime to Bashfly and confirm the airtime is lawfully yours. After you send proof, our support team pays the agreed amount to your bank account. Completed conversions are final at the agreed rate. Airtime-to-cash is handled manually by our team and is offered at our discretion.
6. Travel Savings, Deposits & Refunds
Umrah, Hajj and travel packages may be paid as a travel savings / installment plan toward your trip — this is not a loan or credit facility. A refund may be requested within 30 days of your deposit, provided flights, visas and hotels have not yet been booked; a 10% cancellation/administration fee is deducted from the refund. After bookings are processed, or after the 30-day window, payments are non-refundable, and any refund remains subject to the policies of airlines, embassies and hotels. You must accept these terms before paying a travel deposit.
7. Pricing & Fees
Prices and fees are displayed before you confirm a transaction and may change at any time with exchange rates and provider costs.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use Bashfly for fraud, money laundering or any unlawful activity; not to abuse, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service; and not to use another person’s payment details or airtime without authorisation.
9. Failed Transactions & Disputes
Failed service transactions are reversed to your Bashfly wallet. For disputes, contact support with your transaction reference and we will investigate promptly.
10. Limitation of Liability
Bashfly provides its services “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for failures caused by third-party networks, billers, airlines, embassies or hotels.
11. Changes & Governing Law
We may update these Terms at any time; continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
