This page explains how to permanently delete your BASHFLY account and the personal data associated with it. BASHFLY is operated by BASHFLY LIMITED (Zaria, Kaduna State, Nigeria).
Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open the BASHFLY app and sign in.
- Tap the Profile tab.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm by tapping “Yes, delete my account.”
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out of all devices.
Option 2 — Request by email or WhatsApp
If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion using the email address or phone number registered to your account:

Please send the request from your registered email or phone so we can verify it is you. Requests are actioned within 30 days.
What is deleted
When your account is deleted we permanently remove your profile (name, username, email, phone), your wallet transaction history, and your identity-verification (KYC) details.
What is kept, and for how long
Financial and transaction records that we are required to keep under Nigerian law are retained for the period required by law, but are de-identified (no longer linked to you personally). Nothing is used to contact or profile you after deletion.
Before you delete
Please spend any remaining wallet balance first — we do not process cash withdrawals. Deletion cannot be undone.
